Meet the writers behind Lil-Kid-Things!
Andrea Updyke is the Founder of Lil-Kid-Things and also writes for The Babycenter Blog. She spends her days caring for her two sons, Oscar and Calvin (who can’t seem to stop growing) and learning how to balance work, kids, and marriage while drinking way too much coffee.
In a house full of testosterone, Andrea loves to find the shiny, lovely side of things and share them here. And on those days when there isn’t a shiny or a lovely thing to be found, she tries to laugh at the craziness and take life as it comes, one baby step at a time.
Matt Peregoy left his job as a retail store manager to stay at home with his little girl. His blog, The Real Matt Daddy, describes the good, the bad, and the hilarious things that happen to him as a stay-at-home parent. He contributes to various sites including Lil-Kid-Things, The Balancing Act, The Good Men Project, 12 Most, and Daddy’s Home: The National At-Home Dad Network. He lives with his wife, daughter, and an ever-growing mountain of laundry in Gettysburg, PA.
Darcy is a SAHM of one very curious and active toddler and expecting baby #2 in December 2012. When she’s not trying to locate lost toys or that one missing shoe, she’s sharing her thoughts about parenting and products over at Tales From the Nursery. She can also be found taking mental breaks on Facebook and on Twitter as @Syrana.
