Win $50 to spend at North American Bear Co. {giveaway}

It’s been a while since I offered a giveaway on Lil-Kid-Things so let’s fix that shall we? One of my favorite resources for soft and great quality stuffed animals is the North American Bear Company. Last year we got a Zebra pillow for Oscar and he has since named it Zachary. He sleeps with it on his bed every night! It is truly one of the nicest stuffed animals we have in the house.

This year, we had the chance to try out some of the new Easter toys and they have been a huge hit as well! Oscar loves his new Topsy Turvy Spring Pets. He has a recent obsession with Humpty Dumpty and eggs right now so he was positively thrilled to see that he could make his eggs “hatch”. And don’t worry, Calvin got a cuddly friend too! He loves exploring his Baby Long Legs Elephant and I love how soft it is! And big! Those long legs make this friendly little guy almost as big as Calvin :-)

North American Bear Co. also offers free standard shipping on orders over $25! I have to admit, I am a sucker for free shipping. Especially, when the minimum order is a reasonable amount. And you will have no trouble meeting that goal, trust me! There is so much to choose from!

    This Easter I plan to fill the baskets with a few untraditional gifts. My daughters are 5,3,1 so they really do not need yhe excess candy. Of course there will be some. Each of my older girls will get a Scentsy warmer thst matches their rooms with the jellybean scent, a Veggie Tales movie, and a Color Wonder coloring book with a few more odds and ends. The baby will get a set of Spring onesies, her first sippy cup, and a few squeaky bath toys with of course some baby puffs for snacking. I’m taking advantage of this opportunity to sneak in a few items they need rather than dollar store items that will eventually find a home in the garbage. All that seems to be missing is a few of those adorable chocolate bunnies you are featuring on the top of this page :)

    Jelly beans, play-doh, silly putty, and flashcards for our oldest (2.5yrs) and a stuffed animal and little light up toy for our youngest (1yr) :-)

    My boys are getting sports themed Easter Baskets this year with balls and outside toys like bubbles and sidewalk chalk. I’m sure they’ll get plenty of candy at the Easter Egg hunt we are going to.

    well for the 3 year old we will do candy and maybe put some coins in some eggs, because we ended up with extra eggs this year. maybe coins for piggy bank for the baby since she can’t have candy? or a book or stuffed animal for her? we may also do something ‘from us’ and not the easter bunny. we overbought at birthday/christmas time so I feel like I need to get this stuff into circulation!

    I am putting stuffed animals in there, a pinwheel and of course bubbles. I try and lay off the candy as much as possible as it’s better for him
