I’ll be honest. When I wrote my post about weight loss last Friday, it was really a free-flowing rant about how I don’t wanna. A Grade-A tantrum. And I was a little sheepish about posting it because I felt silly for being upset about a topic so seemingly shallow. That said, I am SO glad I posted! Your responses were so amazingly helpful and encouraging that I was able to snap out of it and make some really great changes!
That afternoon, Oscar and I went for a 40 minute jog/walk on the greenway and for the entire weekend, I incorporated fresh, raw veggies into our meals. We still had pizza night, but I replaced half the pizza I normally eat with a giant salad. And already, I am remembering what I DO like about eating healthy so I am hoping to keep going in this direction. THANK you!
