We decided to make Mother’s Day cards for Oscar’s Mimi and Grammy this year. He’s still a bit young for ‘crafts’ but I thought finger painting was something he might enjoy. I made the cards from cardstock and cut the holes for a frame. Jerry took pictures so we could put one in the card (frame) and stuff the rest inside. Oscar wasn’t quite sure what to do with the paint, other than try to eat it. But overall I think he had a great time! We didn’t make a card for me, but I loved doing this project together! That in and of itself was enough. I can’t wait til he is a bit older and starts to enjoy things like this!
