Peach Bellini

Make this easy Peach Bellini recipe using peach puree combined with delicious Prosecco and fresh fruit.

INGREDIENTS

– Frozen Peaches – Prosecco – Sliced Peaches

To make peach puree, add about 2 cups of peaches to your blender, and blend for 60 seconds, until pureed.

Add 2 oz of peach puree to a champagne flute.

Top with 4 oz. Prosecco.

Garnish with fresh peach slices.

I recommend pureeing about 2 cups of peaches at a time and freeze in an airtight container. Scoop out and use as needed.
