- Puff pastry - Pumpkin puree - Pumpkin pie spice - Sugar - Hazelnut paste - Chantilly cream
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix pumpkin puree, spice mix, sugar, and hazelnut paste.

Slice dough into six equal strips. Twist the dough a few times and place it on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the top becomes golden brown. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice mix after baking and serve with Chantilly cream.
