Marinated Pork Kabobs with Sesame Pineapple Rice
Grill delicious marinated pork kabobs and serve over sesame pineapple rice for the perfectly sweet and savory summer meal!

Ingredients

Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork
I used Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin

Onion

oz
Whole mushrooms
or substitute your favorite veggies
1
cup
White Rice

tbsp
Sesame Oil
1
cup
Pineapple
diced
Green Onions
Sesame Seeds
Salt/Pepper
Instructions
Soak wooden skewers in water
Chop Marinated Pork into cubes
Chop veggies
Layer veggies and meat on kabobs and lightly brush veggies with oil
Grill until done (rotating a few times)
Cook rice according to package instructions using 1 TBSP sesame oil instead of butter.
When cooked, stir in fresh (or grilled) pineapple chunks and chopped green onions
Top with sesame seeds
Salt/Pepper to taste
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for 1-3 days.
