Cook noodles in boiling water on the stove for about 10 minutes. Then drain.
Mix together cooked noodles, drained tuna, soup, milk and peas and transfer to a casserole dish.
Place casserole in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
Melt butter and add to bread crumbs
Top tuna noodle casserole with crumb mixture and cheese if using and brown in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Notes
Substitute broccoli or another veggie for peas or switch the tuna casserole for chicken to change it up! Adding cheddar cheese to the top is also quite tasty!
