Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a glass pan)
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add in eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla and beat vigorously for about 2 minutes
Dust blueberries lightly with flour and gently fold into batter
Turn batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy
Notes
