Fresh Strawberry Bread
Yummy strawberry bread is sweet and satisfying! Great for a weekend brunch or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

cups
fresh strawberries
lightly crushed and dusted with flour

sugar

eggs

vegetable oil

Tbsp
Lemon Extract

tsp
salt

flour

quick oats
1
Tbsp
cinnamon

tsp
Baking Soda

tsp
Baking Powder
Instructions
Beat together eggs and sugar
add oil and lemon extract
Mix in flour, oats, cinnamon, soda, salt, and baking powder.
Fold in strawberries
Mix gently until just combined
Pour in two loaf pans (greased and dusted with flour)
Bake at 350 for one hour (or 325 if using glass pans)
Add time until toothpick in center comes out clean
