Sweet and Spicy Meatballs
Delicious sweet and spicy meatballs are a great appetizer but they make a great meal too! Serve with green beans over rice and top with green onions for a hearty dinner.

Ingredients
2
pounds
frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
1/4
cup
light brown sugar
1/4
cup
honey
1
cup
jalapeno ketchup
3
tablespoons
sriracha sauce
1/4
cup
soy sauce
3
cloves
garlic
minced
Green onions or cilantro
optional
Instructions
Place meatballs in a 4 quart slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce and garlic until combined.
Pour the sauce over the frozen meatballs and toss to fully coat the meatballs.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Serve garnished with sliced green onions or chopped cilantro over rice or alone as an appetizer
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
