Delicious and creamy English pea salad is the perfect summer side dish and great for low-carb eaters too!

Ingredients

pkg frozen peas
thawed

celery
sliced

cauliflower
chopped into bite sized pieces

green onion
sliced

shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

ranch salad dressing

bacon
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl and stir together
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors
Serve with crumbled bacon sprinkled on top
