Spicy buffalo Brussel sprouts are tangy and rich with a coating of ranch seasoning added to your other spices. This healthy side dish comes together in under 30 minutes.
Slice the Brussels sprouts in half or quarters, depending on how large they are and place them in a large bowl or colander to rinse.
Transfer to a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle dry Ranch seasoning on top and toss to cover. Arrange in a single layer before cooking.
Bake the brussels sprouts for approximately 20-25 minutes (stirring halfway), or until the brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, microwave the butter and buffalo sauce together. Set aside.
Remove sprouts from the oven, top with the buffalo/butter sauce. and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
