Instructions
To make peach puree, add about 2 cups of peaches to your blender, and blend for 60 seconds, until pureed. ** For best results, chill peach puree for 2-3 hours before serving.
Add 2 oz of peach puree to a champagne flute.
Top with 4 oz prosecco
Garnish with fresh peach slices
Notes
I recommend pureeing about 2 cups of peaches at a time and freeze in an airtight container. Scoop out and use as needed.
