Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
Toss your steak in the corn starch and transfer to air fryer basket. Arrange in a single layer.
Cook for 12 Minutes or until crispy. Repeat as necessary if you need to do it in batches.
In a medium sized bowl, add oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic and whisk.
Transfer to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and reduce the sauce for 2 minutes.
Add your sauce back to a large bowl followed by the cooked steak.
Mix to incorporate and serve!
This is delicious as is, over noodles, or with rice!
