shredded cheddar cheese

Bisquick
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl add together ground sausage, cheese, and Bisquick until well combined.
Use a cookie scoop or roll the sausage mixture into 1 inch balls, and place about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 160-165°F.
