Cake Mix Snickerdoodles
Easy recipe made with cake mix and a few simple ingredients. Roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture and bake for that classic snickerdoodle taste!

Ingredients
1
box of white cake mix
15.25 ounce size
½
cup
butter
melted
1
egg
1
tsp.
pure vanilla extract
4
tbsp.
granulated sugar
2
tsp.
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
On a shallow plate or small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine white cake mix, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Whisk and then fold the dough, until well combined.
Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to form cookies into balls.
Roll each cookie in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
Place cookies 2 inches apart on lined cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, until the bottoms begin to turn golden brown.
Cool cookies on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
