Instructions
Remove membrane from ribs (slide a knife under the membrane on the bone side and use a paper towel to pull it away - discard)
Separate ribs and boil for about 30 minutes (pork) or 1 and a half hours (beef) until tender but not falling off the bone
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low
Remove ribs from water and place in 9x13 baking pan
Pour sauce over ribs and put under broiler for 15-20 minutes, flipping once about halfway through
Notes
These can be made with beef or pork ribs but we have found that pork is much easier to work with and just as delicious!
