Easy Greek Yogurt Smoothie
This Greek yogurt smoothie recipe is packed with protein, mixed berries, and spinach, and sweetened with a touch of honey.

Ingredients

spinach

frozen mixed berries

plain Greek yogurt
1/2

2% milk

honey
Instructions
Add milk to blender and top with spinach and fruit
Add the yogurt and honey and close the lid
Blend all ingredients together and drink immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
Serves one as a meal or two for a snack.
Optional
: add about a half teaspoon of pure vanilla extract if desired.
