Ingredients

Smithfield Extra Tender Fresh Pork St. Louis Style Spareribs
Dry Rub or favorite spices
I used a brown sugar and bourbon mix and it was great
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F
Prepare Smithfield Extra Tender Fresh Pork St. Louis Style Spareribs as directed on packaging
Spread dry rub on both sides
Roast in the oven for 1-2 hours
Cook on the grill for another 20 minutes to an hour as needed
Internal temperature should read 190 degrees
Notes
Serve with stuffing, green beans, muffins or your favorite sides.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
