Morningstar Farms Spicy Black bean burger
1
egg

TBSP
Salsa Verde
2/3
ounce
Feta Cheese

Tbsp
Sour Cream
Cilantro
to taste
Cooking spray
regular or olive oil
Salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
Microwave or fry the black bean burger as directed
Spray your griddle or pan with cooking spray and cook your egg as desired (I like mine over-hard)
Layer black bean burger, egg, salsa, and feta cheese.
Top with sour cream and cilantro
Season to taste and enjoy!
