Sheet Pan Dinner with Kielbasa
the easiest one pan meal done in 30 minutes! Sheet pan kielbasa with potatoes and broccoli is on heavy rotation in this house.

Ingredients

Red Potatoes
quartered and sliced
1
Kielbasa
turkey sliced into rounds
1
Bag fresh broccoli florets
3
TBSP
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Chop potatoes and broccoli
Toss with oil and seasonings
Cook for 15-20 minutes
Remove pan from oven and turn veggies
Add sliced kielbasa and return to oven
Cook for another 15 minutes
Enjoy!
Notes
Cook times may be adjusted to your desired consistency. We like a little bit of crisp so these times work for us. My advice is to check a couple times to be sure you don't over or undercook.
