Let cream cheese come to room temperature (about one hour)
Wash and slice strawberries.
In a food processor or medium bowl, mix strawberries with powdered sugar (or artificial sweetener), vanilla, and lemon juice until well combined.
Stir strawberry mixture a little at a time to cream cheese and mix well until you reach your desired consistency.

Spinach Tortilla Chips - Bonus Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut spinach tortillas into triangles or your favorite shape using a cookie cutter.
Spray lightly with cooking oil and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until crispy, flipping about halfway through.
