Ingredients
1
cup
berries
chopped small
1
package cheesecake flavored pudding mix
1
cup
milk
1
cup
water
1
cup
whipped cream
Instructions
Divide your berries equally among the wells of your popsicle mold. Set aside.
Whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and water.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon the pudding mixture into the popsicle mold, over the berries.
Firmly tap your popsicle mold on a countertop or table top to allow the pudding mixture to settle and to remove air bubbles.
If needed, add more pudding mixture and repeat the tapping procedure until the wells of your mold are filled to the tops.
Add popsicle sticks (or whatever sticks are provided with your popsicle mold), then place your popsicles into the freezer.
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Run the sides and bottoms of your popsicles molds under lukewarm or warm water to loosen the popsicles, then remove and serve immediately.
Notes
To release popsicles from the mold, run lukewarm water over the outside and gently remove. Enjoy immediately!
