Asparagus Mushroom Tart

This is such an easy recipe and it definitely has that wow factor!

All you need are some fresh vegetables, a puff pastry and about an hour.

– Fresh Asparagus – Fresh Mushrooms  – Cherry Tomatoes  – Puff Pastry – Swiss Cheese  – Extra virgin olive oil – Garlic Powder – Black Pepper – Salt Flakes – Red Pepper Flakes

Start by thawing a sheet of puff pastry and rolling it out

Place it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and pierce with a fork

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and add cheese slices or shreds

Arrange asparagus, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of cheese and top with olive oil, seasonings & salt flakes

Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!

Perfect as an appetizer or a meal for two!
