13x9 baking pan (or larger if you want thinner bars)

Nonstick cooking spray
Ingredients
1/2cupunsalted buttermelted (one stick)
⅛teaspoonsalt
16ouncesmini marshmallowsdivided
¼cupBiscoff cookie butter
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
7cupsRice Krispies cereal
8.8ozpackage Biscoff cookies
6.34ounceBiscoff chocolate barchopped
Instructions
Line a 13x9 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large pot and stir in salt.
Measure and set aside 1 ½ cups of marshmallows. Add the remaining marshmallows to the pot to the melted butter and stir until it is a smooth consistency.
Take the pot off of the heat and mix in Biscoff spread and vanilla extract.
Gently fold in crispy cereal, chopped Biscoff cookies, and chopped Biscoff chocolate bar.
Add the reserved marshmallows and fold gently until evenly combined.
Spread the marshmallow cereal mixture into the baking pan into an even layer. It helps to use a rubber spatula to press it in.
Cool on the counter for 30 minutes to 1 hour before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
These treats are best eaten the same day but you can store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter for up to 2 days. For best results, do not refrigerate.
