Charcuterie Wreath
Easy to make and easy to eat, this charcuterie wreath will be the hit of the holidays!

Ingredients
1/2
pound
salami
sliced
1/2
pound
pepperoni
large, sliced
8
cherry tomatoes
8
green olives
8
mini pickles

cheese cubes
Shown with pepper jack, Colby jack, and cheddar
Rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Place one cherry tomato on 8 skewers.
Fold a piece of salami or pepperoni in half, then in half again. Place it on top of the tomato on the skewer.
Top the meat with a cheese cube.
Repeat with the remaining skewers.
Repeat the process with the 8 green olives and 8 mini pickles.
Arrange all the skewers in a circle on a large round serving platter, stacking the skewers on top of each other as needed.
Fill the spaces in between the skewers with rosemary sprigs.
Notes
To prepare the night before, cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
