Ingredients

oz
cream cheese
softened
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
tablespoons
fresh dill
chopped (plus more for garnish)
2
tablespoons
dill pickle relish
½
cup
dill pickle slices
roughly chopped
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
divided
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, pickle relish, chopped pickles, half the cheddar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Remove plastic wrap and coat in remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with additional chopped dill for garnish and serve with crackers.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
