No Bake Mixed Berry Pound Cake
If you are short on time but still want a dessert with wow-factor, this no bake mixed berry easy pound cake recipe is just the treat for you!

Ingredients

pound cake
Sara Lee, frozen (then thawed)
1
box
Instant vanilla pudding
3/4
cup
milk
8
oz
whipped topping
Cool Whip

cups
berries
your choice
Instructions
Slice the pound cake into 3 slices
Mix together: instant vanilla pudding, milk and 1 cup of the whipped topping
Layer the cake, then pudding mixture, then berries and repeat.
Crumb coat outside with remaining pudding mixture
Frost with the rest of the plain whipped topping, add more berries and refrigerate for at least one hour.
