Instructions
Crush the oreo cookies either by hand, by adding to a gallon ziploc bag and crushing with a rolling pin or something similar, or by adding them to your food processor, and pulsing to crumbs.
Either in the food processor, or in a large mixing bowl, mix together Oreo crumbs and cream cheese, until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and roll the Oreo mixture into 1 inch balls. Place the balls onto your parchment paper.
Once all of the mixture is rolled, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate either in a double boiler, or by microwaving on 30 second increments, stirring well i
Once the Oreo balls have chilled, dip them into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper. Before the chocolate sets, add sprinkles onto some of the plain chocolate balls.
After all of the balls have been dipped, melt the bright white chocolate melts on 20 second increments, stirring well between each session.
Drizzle white chocolate on the oreo balls that you didn’t add sprinkles to.
Finish with additional sprinkles to some of the drizzle, as desired.
Allow the chocolate and candy to set, and enjoy.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
