Quick and Easy Meatball Subs
Delicious meatball subs made in the slow cooker are the perfect no-fuss dinner. Great for RV cooking too!

Ingredients

Spaghetti sauce

Beef meatballs

Hoagie rolls
6 count package

Mozzarella cheese
or provalone (sliced)
Grated parmesan cheese
to taste

Fresh parsley
(optional)
Instructions
Pour frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. Pour in spaghetti sauce and stir well.
Place slow cooker on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Stir every so often to make sure the sauce isn't burning to the sides of the pot.
Cut the hoagie roll and add cheese then place meatballs and sauce onto the roll. Serve topped with parsley which is optional.
Notes
Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
