Slow Cooker Loaded Mashed Potatoes
This recipe for loaded mashed potatoes in the slow cooker is so easy and makes the perfect side dish!

Ingredients

pounds
red potatoes
cut into one inch pieces
1
cup
chicken broth

tablespoons
butter
cubed
Salt and pepper
½
cup
milk
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
¼
cup
sour cream
4
strips bacon
cooked and chopped
Instructions
Add potatoes, chicken broth, butter, salt, and pepper to the greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Place the lid on top and set to cook on low for six hours or high for four hours.
When the cook time is up, use a potato masher to mash the potatoes.
Stir in the milk
Add the cheese, sour cream and bacon and stir to combine.
Serve immediately.
