Ingredients

white balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive oil
light flavor

honey

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend for 30-45 seconds until fully emulsified and transfer to a pitcher or mason jar with a lid.
Notes
Makes a little over 1 cup of dressing.
Refrigerate for up to 1 week in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well before using.
