1/3cupsugaror honey (for Keto - replace with 1/3 cup granulated Swerve)
3Tablespoonscoconut oil
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
½cupalmond flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt
½cupdark chocolate chipsomit for Keto
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
Add 1 avocado, eggs, sugar, coconut oil and vanilla in a food processor and blend until well combined.
Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt into the food processor and blend until there are no dry spots and everything is well combined.
Remove the blade from the processor, and fold in half of the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Serve and enjoy!
