In a large bowl, toss together pecans, egg white, maple syrup, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon.
Line the basket of your air fryer with a piece of parchment paper, making sure to cut off any corners or edges that stick over the top of the air fryer basket so the edges don't burn.
Add the coated pecans to the parchment lined basket, and shake to move them into an even layer.
Cook in the air fryer at 340°F for 5 minutes. Remove, give the nuts a good stir, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Line a cutting board with parchment, and pour the nuts onto the parchment paper. Spread them out and allow them to dry for about an hour. Enjoy!
