Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe
This creamy cucumber salad combines thinly sliced cucumbers and onion with a homemade sauce using sour cream, mayo, vinegar, sugar, fresh dill, and seasonings.

Ingredients
2
english cucumbers
thinly sliced
⅓
red onion
thinly sliced
½
cup
sour cream

tbsp
mayonnaise
¼
cup
fresh dill
chopped

tbsp
white vinegar
½
tsp
granulated sugar
¼
tsp
garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash cucumbers and onion, and thinly slice. Chop dill into small pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Add the cucumbers and onions and toss gently to combine.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving, and enjoy!
