Ingredients

ounces
full fat cream cheese
softened to room temperature
5
ounce
sweetened condensed milk
about 1/3 can
1/4
cup
lime juice
from key limes if possible
1/2
Tbsp
fresh lime zest

ounce
Cool Whip
thawed, about half a tub
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest and beat until well combined.
With a rubber spatula, fold in the thawed Cool Whip or homemade whipped topping.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with Nilla wafers, strawberries, and graham crackers.
Notes
Refrigerate leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
