How to Make Key Lime Dip

This easy recipe is really fun to make. Serve it with fruit or graham crackers and cookies.

Step 1: Using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2: Add lime juice and zest with the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

Key Lime Dip

Key lime dip makes a delicious snack or dessert. Make this no-bake cheesecake dip in just 10 minutes.

Total: 1 hour 10 minutes
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 5 ounce sweetened condensed milk, about 1/3 can
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, from key limes if possible
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime zest
  • 4 ounce Cool Whip, thawed, about half a tub

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest and beat until well combined.
  • With a rubber spatula, fold in the thawed Cool Whip or homemade whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with Nilla wafers, strawberries, and graham crackers.

Notes

Refrigerate leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
