How to Make Frosted Shark Cookies
This easy recipe is enjoyable to make with kids. It would make a great activity to do for a birthday party.
Or bring the baked cookies to a class party and let each child decorate their own.
Step 1: Place cookie pieces on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and bake according to package instructions.
Step 2: Mix white frosting and blue gel food coloring together until you reach your desired shade of blue.
Step 3: Add Graham crackers to a zip-top bag and crush them using your fist or a rolling pin.
Step 4: Once cookies have cooled, spread a thin layer of frosting on top of each cookie.
Step 5: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on half of each cookie to create “sand.”
Step 6: Place a gummy shark on each cookie and enjoy!
Recipe Tip
Using food coloring allows you to adjust the shade to your liking. Feel free to use blue frosting instead if you like that shade, and skip this step.
