Hello fellow grocery delivery enthusiasts! Want to know why the new Perdue Farms delivery service is one of my favorite options out there and how you can save money on your first order? It’s all here.
I’m no stranger to food delivery services. I’ve tried several over the years and I love ordering my groceries online for delivery or pick-up. You could say that I’m hooked.
I have a family binder and regularly meal plan and cook for my family. But I am a busy working mom and I can’t spend a lot of time doing it.
Meal kit delivery issues I’ve had in the past mainly boil down to the fact that the meals aren’t typically enough food for my whole family or the recipes aren’t a good fit. I also had a hard time keeping up with using the fresh ingredients before they spoiled.
So here’s where I get excited about the new Perdue Farms delivery service. I really can’t wait to tell you about it because if you are looking for a convenient way to keep your freezer stocked, you just found it.
I mean check out this bacon-wrapped with rosemary pork chop my husband made with the sous vide. Yes please!

Is the Perdue Farms Delivery Service a Subscription?
When you place a delivery order with Perdue Farms, you will not be subscribed to future bundles. This is not a subscription service, which I love because I don’t need the same items every time I shop.
Not only can you can order chicken, pork, and more online, you can also grab one of the curated bundles for the whole family.
In fact, you can choose to order one of nine different bundle options (including organic) or create your own a-la-carte order by adding individual items to your cart.
If you’re looking to save money though, the bundles are where it’s at.
I received a Medium Family Bundle (currently priced at $64.99) and an additional package of diced chicken.
What’s in the Box?
The Medium Family Bundle includes the following items from the PERDUE®, PERDUE® Harvestland® and Niman Ranch brands:
- Niman Ranch Applewood Uncured Bacon
- PERDUE ® Panko Breaded Dino Nuggets
- PERDUE ® Harvestland ® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Individually Wrapped
- Niman Ranch Uncured Bacon Wrapped With Rosemary Pork Chop
- Niman Ranch Uncured Pork Breakfast Sausage
It should come as no surprise that each of these brands offer delicious protein options to add to just about any meal. We devoured the pork chops and I don’t think I’ve ever purchased diced chicken before but I am changed!
I mean we had nachos made in under 10 minutes, which is exactly how long I was willing to cook after driving home from our week-long vacation.
Back to the Basics
The more I learn about Perdue Farms as a company, the more impressed I am with their commitment to quality foods and sustainability.
Many of us struggle with using delivery services due to the excessive packaging. With Perdue Farms, each delivery box is made out of 100 percent recyclable cardboard and insulated with Green Cell Foam®, which is biodegradable, compostable, and made from high-grade non-GMO cornstarch that is dissolvable in water.
And to help offset the shipping process for every bundle shipped, Purdue Farms will donate to the Arbor Day Foundation, which is working to replant damaged areas of our nation’s forests.
Perdue Farms Delivery Service Review
At the end of the day, the way Perdue Farms set up this service meets my needs the most out of the services I have tried. I love the flexibility of products and the fact that they come frozen so I don’t have to use them immediately.
I love that there are more selections than simply chicken and before trying this box, I wasn’t aware that Perdue Farms collaborated with so many great brands.
With this year being the 100 year anniversary of Perdue Farms and their work with small family farmers to produce delicious food, I’m glad that my family has another way to stock up in a convenient way.
I work from home and a lot of what I do can’t be outsourced. For that reason, I save time by ordering groceries and online shopping. It’s a little bit of a luxury, but boy do I appreciate it.
Like I said above, you can purchase items individually, but the bundles work out to be a bit cheaper. Bundles are priced from $45.99.
