I’m back with a super cute no-bake dessert for shark week or a summer party. As you may have guessed, I’m calling this shark candy board, shark-cuterie!
This eye-catching snack uses red, white, and blue ocean and shark candies surrounded by other delicious goodies.
Ingredients Needed
You can use any red, white, and blue candies you like. Here is a list of what we have on the board.
- Shark gummies
- Swedish fish
- Red sour straw strips
- Watermelon blueberry candy-filled straws
- Gummy whales
- Gummy red and blue rings
- Candy fruit slices
- Red cinnamon jelly belly beans
- Blueberry jelly belly beans
- Berry blue jelly belly beans
How to Make a Shark Candy Board
This is such an eye-catching display for a table or movie night. Here are a few tips to inspire you. The amounts used may change depending on the size and shape of your tray.
Step 1: Start with some of the larger blue candies like the sour straws and shark gummies.
Step 2: Alternating by size and color, gradually fill in the board.
Step 3: Add extra candies to fill in all available spaces and you are ready to serve.

Shark Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 20 shark gummies
- 7 fish gummies
- 5 red sour straw strips
- 5 watermelon blueberry candy filled straws
- 8 gummy whales
- 4 gummy blue rings
- 4 gummy red rings
- 3 candy fruit slices
- 20 red cinnamon Jelly Belly beans
- 20 blueberry Jelly Belly beans
- 20 berry blue Jelly Belly beans
Instructions
- Place shark gummies and blue candy straws onto the center of the board.
- In different places, group the whales, blue and red rings, jelly beans, fruit slices, and fish, alternating by size and color.
- Use added candy to fill in any open space. Serve!
