Don’t let Monday defeat you this week. Take a minute to focus on what you really need to do, write it down and then start your day. At lunchtime, take a couple minutes to check off some of your wins. Do some really great stretches and have an extra glass of water so you can dive into your afternoon. It really helps. I promise!
