Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Use to flavor pies, sprinkle on ice cream, mix into oatmeal or over baked apples.
