Ingredients 

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, pickle relish, chopped pickles, half the cheddar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Form into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Remove plastic wrap and coat in remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle with additional chopped dill for garnish and serve with crackers.
