How to Make It

This easy appetizer is so pretty. It is delicious and will add a beautiful centerpiece to your holiday buffet.

Here’s how to make an easy charcuterie wreath in under 30 minutes. See the recipe card below for details and amounts.

Step 1: Take some food-grade skewers, like these bamboo picks, and add a tomato.

Step 2: Take a slice of meat and fold it in half, then in half again and add it to the skewer.

Step 3: Secure the salami by adding a cheese cube to the pick.

Step 4: Repeat with the other veggies, meats, and cheese.

Easy to make and easy to eat, this charcuterie wreath will be the hit of the holidays!

Total: 30 minutes
Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pound salami , sliced
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni, large, sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 green olives
  • 8 mini pickles
  • 24 cheese cubes, Shown with pepper jack, Colby jack, and cheddar
  • Rosemary sprigs

Instructions 

  • Place one cherry tomato on 8 skewers.
  • Fold a piece of salami or pepperoni in half, then in half again. Place it on top of the tomato on the skewer.
  • Top the meat with a cheese cube.
  • Repeat with the remaining skewers.
  • Repeat the process with the 8 green olives and 8 mini pickles.
  • Arrange all the skewers in a circle on a large round serving platter, stacking the skewers on top of each other as needed.
  • Fill the spaces in between the skewers with rosemary sprigs.

Notes

To prepare the night before, cover platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
