Bisquick Peanut Butter Blossoms for Your Valentine

For a sweet Valentine’s Day treat, whip up a batch of Bisquick peanut butter blossoms to show your love. This delicious recipe uses only 5 ingredients and is topped with delicious chocolate peanut butter heart candies.

Ingredients
This simple cookie staple starts off as classic peanut butter cookies rolled in sugar and topped with a chocolate peanut butter heart.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Regular granulated sugar for rolling the cookies
- 36 peanut butter heart candies (approximately)
How to Make Bisquick Peanut Butter Cookies

Heat oven to 375°F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix milk and peanut together. You can also use an electric mixer on low speed if you prefer.
Add the biscuit mix and the teaspoon vanilla, and fold together until everything is well combined and peanut butter cookie dough has formed.
Place about a cup of white sugar in a small bowl.
Then, using a cookie scoop, shape dough balls and roll each ball in sugar. Then place them about 2 inches apart on the ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Note: the bottoms of cookies may be darker.
Place a peanut butter heart candy into the center of each cookie and cool for 2 minutes on the pan.
Note: If your cookies crack when you press the chocolate down, that’s ok. They’re supposed to do that!
Transfer hot cookies to a wire rack to continue cooling and enjoy!

Storing Tips
These cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container or zip top bag for 3-5 days.
If you want to prepare the dough ahead of time, I recommend rolling the sugar cookie mix into balls and placing the baking sheet in the freezer.
When frozen, transfer to an airtight container and return to the freezer. If stored properly, these cookies can be frozen for several months.
When ready to bake, thaw the cookies in the fridge overnight and continue with the recipe instructions.
