If your version of summer includes sitting around a campfire, making s’mores, and telling ghost stories, these easy pretzel s’mores might just be your new favorite treat.

This easy snack recipe is great because you can make it without the campfire whenever the mood strikes. Pretzel s’mores also add a little savory to the sweet because of the salted pretzels, and I think it’s the perfect balance.
They would make great road trip snacks, add them to lunches for camp or school, or enjoy them on your next RV trip.
Ingredients for Pretzel S’mores
All you need are a few basic ingredients and an oven (I prefer my countertop one in the summer). Below is a preview of what you need for this dessert. Please see the ingredients and detailed instructions in the recipe card.

How to Make Them
Pretzel s’mores are an easy recipe to make with kids, and you don’t even need a campfire. First, preheat your oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 1: Add a layer of pretzels and top each one with 3 mini marshmallows. Bake for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows have softened.

Step 2: Remove from the oven and top each one with another pretzel. Drizzle chocolate on top.

Step 3: While the chocolate layer is still wet, sprinkle the pretzel s’mores with crushed graham crackers.

Step 4: Enjoy right away or allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container or zip-top bag.
Recipe Tips
Allow to set fully before storing. Pretzel s’mores can be stored on the countertop or in the refrigerator. Enjoy within 5 days if stored at room temperature, longer if refrigerated.
