How to make Berry Cheesecake Pudding Pops
These no bake cheesecake popsicles are super easy to create. The hardest part will be waiting for them to freeze!
Here’s how to make them:
First, divide your berries equally among the wells of your popsicle mold. Set aside.
Whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and water.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon the pudding mixture into the popsicle mold, over the berries.
Firmly tap your popsicle mold on a countertop or table top to allow the pudding mixture to settle and to remove air bubbles.
If needed, add more pudding mixture and repeat the tapping procedure until the wells of your mold are filled to the tops.
Add popsicle sticks (or whatever sticks are provided with your popsicle mold, if applicable), then place your popsicles into the freezer.
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Run the sides and bottoms of your popsicle molds under lukewarm or warm water to loosen the popsicles, then remove and serve immediately.
Frequently asked questions, answers and tips:
- This recipes used strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, but you can mix in whatever berries you like. Feel free to use only one type of berry per popsicle, or mix them together to create any combination of berries that you desire.
- Be sure not to follow the instructions on the pudding mix packaging! Most pudding mixes call for 2 cups of milk, but that will make your popsicles super dense and you may have trouble getting the mixture to settle down into your popsicle molds, around your berries.
- Depending on the size of your berries or berry slices, you may still need to use an extra popsicle stick or knife to push the cheesecake pudding mixture down into the bottoms of your popsicle mold wells. Don’t be afraid to mash the berries if needed. Your popsicles will taste delicious either way!
