When you want a quick dessert but don’t want to heat up the kitchen, these no bake cheesecake dessert cups are the perfect easy treat to make!

Using just 6 ingredients, this mini dessert is perfect for large individual servings or to share with a friend.

For this recipe, we’ll skip the traditional graham cracker crust in favor of something even easier, waffle bowls!

I’m all about some easy desserts and I love the different ways to enjoy cheesecake.

I’ve seen little no-bake cheesecake jars before and I love how adorable they are. With these little individual cups, you can eat the bowl, so there’s virtually no clean up! That’s a win for me, especially if I’m making it on the road.

This recipe would be so great to make at home or on your next RV trip if you’re looking for something easy to make with little mess.

No-bake Cheesecake Recipe Shopping List

To make these individual cheesecakes, you will need the following supplies:

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Whipped Topping (I prefer Cool Whip)
  • Waffle Bowls
  • Fresh fruit (blueberries and/or strawberries)
  • Hand Mixer
  • Medium bowl
  • Rubber Spatula

How to Make No Bake Cheesecake Cups

This is such a simple recipe and makes a fantastic last minute dessert. The best part is once you prepare the creamy cheesecake filling, you just need hour to let it chill and you’re done!

To start, take your cream cheese (preferably room temperature) and add it to a medium size bowl.

Using your electric mixer, beat until the cream cheese is smooth and fluffy.

Then, add the condensed milk a little at a time until all is mixed in.

Combine cream cheese with the whipped topping and scrape equal amounts of the cheesecake mixture into the waffle bowls.

Smooth the tops using the back of the spoon or spatula.

Refrigerate for about an hour, then add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Yield: 5 Waffle Cups

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounce package whipped topping
  • 5 waffle cups
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk in small increments, beating between each addition.
  • Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Divide the cream cheese evenly among the five waffle cups and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
  • Top with strawberries and blueberries before serving.

Notes

Top with chocolate or fresh strawberry sauce for variety.
