If you’re looking for a tasty and easy Greek yogurt smoothie recipe, you’ve come to the right place. I love smoothies, but I sort of got burned on them in college. Ever the opportunist, I would trick myself into thinking I was “healthy” by ordering the PBJ smoothie on a regular basis. If you’ve never had this smoothie, it’s basically the double bacon cheeseburger of the smoothie world.
Needless to say, it was NOT healthy.
Little by little, I have experimented with making my own smoothies, and I finally have one I am satisfied with! It’s delicious, good for me and sweet without being TOO sweet. I tried to keep the ingredient list to a minimum because I get overwhelmed easily. You could also swap out the plain yogurt for your flavor of choice, but like I said, I wanted to keep mine simple and watch the extra sugar.
